Wendy Sue Swanson, MD, MBE, FAAP

Dr. Wendy Sue Swanson is a pediatrician, and currently is the Chief Medical Officer at a start-up
focusing on building businesses in prevention. As CMO at Before Brands, Dr. Swanson leads efforts to foster conversations around the importance of early and consistent inclusion of potential allergens in the diet. She is a pediatrician, author, and a prominent advocate of evidence-based medicine and prevention. She speaks internationally on prevention, digital health, and health innovation. She has been a leading voice in health care, working to revolutionize health communications by using social and digital media, as well as mass media, to bridge the gap between parents and doctors. For 10 years Dr. Swanson wrote the Seattle Mama Doc blog for Seattle Children’s Hospital and founded the Digital Health department in 2013. Swanson was Chief of Digital Innovation for 6 years leading a team in innovation by testing and creating new digital tools.

Mary Lyons

Mary Lyons attended the University of Texas and received her Plan II and Journalism degrees. She s started as a Mortgage Planner in 2006, then left the mortgage industry to become a financial representative at Financial Process Group. In June of 2008 she went on to become a financial advisor at Personal Economics Group & has continued her journey changing the lives of others for over 13 years.


Tiffany Moon, MD

Tiffany Moon, M.D. is a Board-Certified Anesthesiologist, mother, wife, fashion-lover, and cast member of Bravo TV’s Real Housewives of Dallas. She has published more than three dozen original manuscripts, reviews, and book chapters and speaks internationally on topics related to her research. Tiffany loves to express her creativity and humor through fashion and her TikTok channel. She is a passionate supporter of the AAPI community, domestic violence awareness, and female empowerment. She resides in Dallas, TX with her husband, 4 children, 2 dogs, and a rescue bunny.

Kameelah Phillips, MD

Dr. Kameelah Phillips is a board certified obstetrician and gynecologist, wife, mother, and lifelong women’s health advocate. Dr. Phillips graduated from Stanford University with a degree in Human Biology with an emphasis in Women’s Health and Human Sexuality. After graduation, she worked at the San Francisco Department of Public Health on AIDS vaccine studies. Dr. Phillips attended medical school at the University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine and completed OB/GYN residency at New York University where she now lives.  As an expert in Women’s Health she aims to demystify the body and make medicine more accessible for patients.  As the Founder of Calla Women's Health, her interests include health disparities, lactation, menopause and international medicine. She is proud to have served on missions to Ghana, Cuba, Tanzania, and Port-au-Prince, Haiti.  Dr. Phillips is listed on The Root's Top 100 Most Influential African-Americans 2020 for exposing the history of racism in medicine and advocating for radical change in medical training.

Liesel Teen, BSN, RN

Liesel Teen, BSN, RN is the founder of the Mommy Labor Nurse platform, which prepares expecting mothers with everything they need to have a more confident and positive birth. Mommy Labor Nurse teaches expecting parents what they need to know to erase the unknowns of pregnancy and birth, and have an easier transition into parenthood with educational Instagram graphics and videos, blog articles, podcast episodes, online birth classes, and more!

Heather Irobunda, MD 

Dr. Heather Irobunda is a board-certified OB/GYN based in New York City. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Pennsylvania, medical degree at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, and OB/GYN residency at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center.

 She has had a variety of experiences throughout her career to include working in a variety of practice settings to include in Military medicine, academic practice, private practice, and currently with the public hospital system in New York City. Through these experiences she has observed that there is a need for good, evidence based, reliable, and easy to understand reproductive and sexual health education for the public. She also recognized the need for more discussion about health equity and wanted to integrate that into everyday conversations.

 With these goals in mind, Dr. Irobunda created a blog and started an Instagram and TikTok account with the goal of providing good information about reproductive health and justice that was inclusive and accessible. Her newest project, her podcast, Dr. Heather’s Advisory Cervix, has been developed to continue these conversations and allow listeners to hear from a variety of different voices and experts in health and medicine. She has also been featured in multiple mass media publications to include The New York Times, The Washington Post, CBS News, Cosmopolitan, Shape, and Ebony discussing a variety of topics relating to sex and reproductive health to help destigmatize these topics. She also provides consulting and advisory services to a variety of different companies and entities to include her role as a member of Peloton’s Health and Wellness Advisory Council.




Hope Bennet, JD

 Hope Bennett is a mediator and former labor and employment attorney.  In addition to raising three busy sons, Hope is Chair of the Honolulu County Commission on the Status of Women and President of AAUW Honolulu, an organization for the advancement of gender equity.  She is a first generation college graduate, having earned her B.A from Yale College and her J.D. from Stanford Law School. 


Mona Stone, DDS

Dr. Mona Stone is not only an esteemed oral and maxillofacial surgeon practicing full scope surgery, she is a public speaker, an activist, philanthropist and the cofounder to the grassroots organization Real Heroes Need Masks. After receiving her dental degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, she went on to do a year of internship at Truman Medical Center and then a residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Broward General Medical Center. In addition to her role in the community, she is the mother of two beautiful toddlers, Max (1) and Sofia (3), an avid supporter of motor sports and Formula 1, and a TikTok creator and social media activist.

Leslie Kim, MD

Dr. Leslie Kim is a double board-certified  otolaryngologist and facial plastic surgeon. She specializes exclusively in aesthetic and reconstructive surgery of the face. Her favorite part of working at Ohio State is their focus on exceptional patient care. She loves working with an amazing team of physicians and residents in a nationally renowned department. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, running and creating art.

Nichelle Haynes, DO

Dr. Nichelle Haynes is a board certified psychiatrist who practices perinatal psychiatry where she focuses on helping people optimize their mental health during infertility, pregnancy, postpartum and parenting. She practices in Austin Texas where she lives with her husband and 2 young boys. Nichelle believes self-care is crucial to a healthy life and has several projects trying to spread this message.


Tori Jaeger, DO

Dr. Tori Jaeger was born and raised in Boise, Idaho. She earned her undergraduate degree in Biology & Studio Art at Grove City College in Grove  City, Pennsylvania and medical degree from Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine in Yakima, Washington. She attended Internal Medicine residency at Texas A&M University/Baylor Scott & White in Temple, Texas where she also completed a Chief Resident year and is currently a second year Gastroenterology Fellow. Her passions include being a mom to daughter June, focusing on health, fitness, and lifestyle medicine, and running a vegan specialty cookie company alongside her husband Joey. Her passion projects include: Send Hope Now, an organization caring for HIV/AIDS orphans in India and Pancreatic Cancer Action Network working toward pancreatic cancer research.

Lori Atkins, MD

Dr. Lori Atkins is an OBGYN in Fort Worth, Texas. She earned her undergraduate degree at Baylor University and her Medical degree from University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston.  She did residency at University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas.  

Lori entered private practice in 1996 and became board certified in 1998. Since graduating residency has built three successful practices and helped to nurture and promote the career of her partners as they have joined her. Over the last 4 years Lori and her partners have created and nurtured Fenom Women’s Care, PLLC. Lori has served as an educator and is currently an associate professor at the UNT/TCU medical school. She has been a mentor to many during her busy career.  

 Fitness and a healthy lifestyle have always been important to Lori and have been a priority in her life. She began teaching yoga in 2007. She is a 1200 hour certified Baptiste Yoga instructor.  She teaches classes weekly to the community online. She also started  yoga class for cancer survivors and supporters at Baylor Scott and White Hospital Fort Worth in 2011, the classes are taught weekly as part of the THRIVE program.  

She is married and a mother of 2: a son, 23 and a daughter, 9.

Karen Sutton, MD

Dr. Sutton is a board certified sports medicine surgeon with surgical expertise in arthroscopy of the shoulder, knee and hip. She is an Associate Attending Orthopedic Surgeon at Hospital for Special Surgery and a member of the Sports Medicine Institute and Women’s Sports Medicine Center at HSS. She is also Chief Medical Officer for World Lacrosse and Team Physician for US Ski & Snowboard.

A national authority on sports injuries and prevention, Dr. Sutton has worked with various news outlets such as NBC Universal, ESPN-W, WFAN radio, WTNH, WYBC and News 12 Connecticut. She has made substantial contributions to research, publishing over 30 publications and giving over 80 presentations on topics from anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction to treating the female athlete to shoulder issues in breast cancer. Dr. Sutton is also an elected member of the American Orthopaedic Association, acknowledging scholarship in orthopedic surgery. She serves on multiple committees on the American Orthopaedic Society of Sports Medicine. She is a reviewer of leading orthopedic journals, including The American Journal of Sports Medicine, The Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery, and The Journal of Shoulder and Elbow Surgery.
