Conference is nonrefundable after September 1, 2022. Cancellations made prior to September 1, 2022 will be refunded minus a nonrefundable $100 processing fee and only accepted if received in writing to [email protected] prior to September 2, 2022.
All cancellations made for any reason (weather, personal, professionalisms, etc) after September 1, 2022 will be charged the full registration and processing fee. No exceptions will be made, transfer of registration can be considered prior to April 1, 2023.
Pinnacle Conference, LLC reserves the right to cancel or postpone any course due to unforeseen circumstances. If the CDC (Center for Disease Control) has limited travel within the U.S. or Texas for the time the conference is scheduled or if the Four Seasons cancels the conference, refunds will be issued less $100 processing fee. In the event of a cancelation or postponement necessitated by an official CDC travel ban including Texas or cancellationg by the Four Seasons, Pinnacle Conference, LLC will refund the registration fee minus the $100 non-refundable processing fee but is not responsible for any other related costs or charges to participate including lodging or travel costs. Hotel rooms are booked and managed independently through the Four Seasons. Hotel room bookings, reservations, cancellations, and refunds, if applicable, will not be managed or provided by Pinnacle Conference, LLC.
By registering for the conference, I am agreeing to the following media release: The Pinnacle Conference organizers and their hired team will be taking photos & videos during the conference for promotional use. By registering for the conference, I hereby grant and authorize Pinnacle Conference the right to take, edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, distribute and make use of any and all pictures or videos taken of me to be used in and/or for legally promotional materials including, but not limited to, newsletters, flyers, posters, brochures, advertisements, websites, social networking sites, and other print and digital communications, without payment or any other consideration. This authorization extends to all languages, media, formats, and markets. This authorization shall continue indefinitely.

Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test taken at a clinic or a lab within 48 hours of the conference will be required for all registrants attending the meeting. Full vaccination entails receiving the booster shot as well. Prior to arriving on site, attendees will be asked to provide proof that they are fully vaccinated with a vaccine approved for emergency use by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Instructions will be emailed in April regarding the process of verifying vaccination status.
